Excitement is in the air as the Arizona Culinary welcomed it’s newest class of future chefs. Students received their culinary kits, complete with a set of Dexter-Russell knives so that they can begin cooking as soon as tomorrow. No need to wait 8-12 weeks to start cooking at ACI! Chefs Wolf and Sayre (Basics instructors) gave students the grand tour of the kitchens, equipment, and ingredients that they will be working with for the next six months at ACI. Today, new students took the first step to make their dreams of a culinary career come true.
